The prophet Hosea’s wife was unfaithful and disgraced herself and her family by her selfishness and immoral lifestyle. Despite her sin, God instructed Hosea to take her back and restore her. Hosea loved a woman who for a long time, at least, did not requite his love. Using this bible account, God is drawing a picture of His own love for His people; love that often went unrequited. God loved us while we were yet sinners. Since we have discovered His love, we are to love Him with all that we are and have. In this broadcast of Let the Bible Speak, learn what it means to love the Lord who first loved us!
